5k Parkrun & Brunch

To give myself some motivation to get back out running again I've decided to do this Parkrun in September. If anyone else needs a bit of a push or just fancies a Saturday morning run you are welcome to join me. I'm hoping to do some training over the next few months and will attempt to run the 5k!

The run starts at 9.30am and its free to take part. We could grab some brunch afterwards.
