A free course on Esoteric Self-Knowledge will begin on Monday the 23rd October, 6:30pm in Hillhead Library, Byres Road, G12 8AP. It lasts for 23 weeks and each week is a talk combined with a practice. Topics include: Living in the Presemt Moment, the struggle of the Ego and Essence, Awakening of the Consciousness, the Human Machine, Karma and Dharma, Astral Projection, how to Concentrate and Meditate, Chakras and Mantras and more...

What is Gnosis? This is the first lecture in a course of 23. The talk starts at 6:30pm and lasts for an hour.

The talk on, What is Gnosis?, will introduce the course and some of the topics to be discussed. It will set out the basis of the course which is understanding our negativity and what we can do to take control of our psychology, which is by developing the spiritual aspect of our life.

Each talk will be accompanied by a practice - relaxation, concentration or meditation.

It is free of charge, but donations are welcome.
