Ego, Essence and Personality. This is the second lecture in a course of 23. The talk starts at 6:30pm and lasts for an hour.

This talk defines the terms of Ego, Essence and Personality. The struggle between the Essence and Ego is at the heart of Gnosis and is the starting point of Self-Knowledge.

Each talk will be accompanied by a practice - relaxation, concentration or meditation.
