East Kilbride Guided Ride

Do you want to build up your cycle confidence, get out in the fresh air and keep fit and healthy?

Join us for an easy paced cycle exploring East Kilbride's cycle infrastructure. The ride will predominantly take place on shared paths and cycle paths but may include small sections of road.

Our rides are led by experienced and qualified Ride Leaders and are suitable for all abilities*. A great way to discover new routes and meet likeminded people!

Meeting at 1115 at the The Meeting Place, Healthy and Active in East Kilbride. Please dress for the weather and bring suitable refreshments. Please take time to make sure your bike is in good working order before attending.
