Changing Seasons Series dedicated to the Lighter Hiker / Smaller Explorer

What we'll do
Hike: 5.5 mile circular
Ascent 868 ft

This hike will take us into the remote and sometimes desolate scenery of the High Moor, we can expect some muddy conditions this time of the year. We will walk on paths and occasionally wonder onto open moor. In the most part we will be close to the East Dart River with the highlight being the Waterfall, where there will be opportunities to go for a swim /dip (if you're proper winter hardcore). This hike will be at an easy pace, but the climbs will still offer a moderate challenge.

The plan:
10.45am meet outside the Visitor Centre, Postbridge carpark PL20 6TH
The plan:
There is a free car park off the B3212 (the other side of the main road opposite the Visitor Centre (the postcode will take you to the visitor centre car park only)
11am hike

Bring liquid & lunch
