For those wanting the most out of life, to meet great people, visit the best venues, and enjoy an extensive variety of exciting and often unusual social events, you have found the right place for quality recreation!
We are a fun meet-up group based all around the West Midlands, with plenty to offer everyone. Simply join the group, and flick through our events and mark yourself as attending those you'd like to join. Feel free to ask for a contact beforehand. We have thousands of members in your area, so expect a mix of new and regular members at most events.

Everyone who enjoys the social aspects of being outdoors during the daytime, or evening socializing and nightlife, is welcome here. Our members are mainly young and single people who are interested in events locally, across the Heart of England and beyond, in a politics free environment.

Local Walk: Meriden and Corley Moor (Warws)
To enrich your Saturday, this is another nice new route in the North Warwickshire area, called Middle England due to furthest distance from the coast.
Logistics:
Meet: 10:00 for prompt 10:15 start.
Distance: Around 9 miles
Start Point: Outside Meriden Church, Church Lane, Meriden, CV7 7HX
Parking: Either on village side roads, such as Old Road near the Queens Head pub (cv7 7jp), or outside Meriden Church itself if space permits.
Terrain: Easy going local tracks and farmland, skirting Birchley Hays Wood and Elkin Wood, and a stretch of the Heart of England Way
Refreshments: Bring fluids & picnic lunch, and also a pub stop at mid distance and optionally to finish.

As with any outdoor activity, there is some inherent risk. Whilst we aim to avoid unnecessary risks, participants should take all reasonable precautions themselves. A suitable pace for the walk will be determined by the walk leader, which others must observe by keeping in visible distance, not forging ahead or lagging behind. Those attending are totally responsible for their own safety. You must be comfortable walking the specified distance in order to attend please.RSVP Commitment:
Places are not unlimited, so withdrawing in the last 24 hours is not allowed. There will be a bar, live music and dancing. Festive dress is compulsory.
Saturday the 30th of November from 2pm till 4pm.
Cost is £13 per head please email me if you want to come and I will send you details of how to pay. To be booked on you must have paid the £13. You cannot pay on the day.
It is first come first served. When it is full it is full.
To keep costs down we will have a sharing table so bring a food contribution for everyone to share. (basically, whatever you would like to eat with a bit extra to share cold buffet style food only)

Sociable late morning get together, where we can all relax and mingle over coffee or a light bite to eat, or both. This cosy and welcoming traditionally styled venue is perfect for new members and regulars alike!
We normally run this event monthly, so don't forget to RSVP to earlier and later event iterations too!

Greeting: We will appoint an event host assuming attendance numbers justify, and will display the group logo if there are new faces. With a small attendance, guests will meet and greet each other.
Afterwards: There is the option to visit an adjacent pub/bar for something stronger if people wish
Attendance: As with all events, please RSVP courteously, which means that no-shows and withdrawals in the last 3 DAYS are not allowed. This is more than the usual 24 hours, since table bookings are tight here. Thank you for your understanding.

Roving Pub Quiz South Birmingham
We have a regular team quiz at THE ACTRESS AND BISHOP in St Paul's Birmingham over a relaxing drink or two. This venue also does Fine Ales, Food, and. So team up with other members, £3 entry, cash prizes.
This quiz is device based, so no pen and paper, and no cheating! We tend to visit on the 1st Monday of each month for a casual gathering, and possibly on intervening weeks if there is demand. Great Fun!

Duration: Get there for 7pm, quiz runs from 8pm
Arrival: Don't be late, pre-arrange to find other members, so that you sit together.
Tickets: £3 team entry on the night, prizes are in cash
Organization: Collective, amongst those who attend; If more than 6 people, we will split into two teams (though up to 10 is allowed).
