A family friendly class for pre-and postnatal parent(s)
Their children are welcome too.
In this gentle class you will be guided in supportive postures and
movement, breathwork, and relaxation.
Classes are non-sequential and
can stand alone, join us for one or all of the Fall offerings.
LGBTQ+ belonging; all families are families.
