Go Heart LA | Yoga at Yosemite Park

Go Heart LA wellness program through Adventist Health Glendale is bringing you a new park yoga location! Trek up some hillside stairs to a grassy terrace oasis, a perfectly serene spot to enjoy a healing yoga practice. This in person event will be held at Yosemite Park in Eagle Rock (https://www.laparks.org/reccenter/yosemite) on the last Saturday of the month at 10am.

Find parking on the street or in the lot, head behind the courts and past the pool up the hill (there will be a sign with an arrow). Please bring a yoga mat if you have one, and water or a hat/something for personal shade.
