GOING TO THE SOURCE - Find Your Flow
We'll kick things off with a structured warm-up, focusing on joint mobility and muscle engagement to help you get in tune with your body.In this two hours, Moses will walk you through key exercises while explaining how everything works together to support smooth, expressive movement-setting the stage for a deeper dive into your creativity.
As the session flows, you'll explore improvisation and group energy-sharing exercises to connect your body and mind. From moving freely to playful activities, you'll learn how to quiet self-doubt, find your natural rhythm, and express yourself with confidence and ease.
