Every Ekam Circle follows the same script:

1. Wisdom (30 minutes)
   a. Welcome, Introduction, Gift of the week, Teaching Video, Reading from the book: The Four Sacred Secrets by Preetha Ji & Krishna Ji (Founders of the O&O Academy)
2. Guided Meditation (20 minutes)
   a. Breathing Room meditation, Chakra Dhyana (activate one chakra).
3. Happening (20 minutes)
   a. Chanting Ekam Mantra (HamSah SoHum Ekam -Hamsah means I am one with the Universal Intelligence. I do not exist separate from it. Soham means the Universal Intelligence is one with me. The Universal Intelligence cannot exist independent of me. Ekam means the one. All there is, is the one. All there is, is the Universal Intelligence).
   b. Receive Deeksha (Blessing of Divine Energy given only by initiated host).
   c. Express your gratitude to the Universe for Gift received.
   d. Hold an intention for 9 of your Loved Ones to be immersed in Universal Intelligence and transformed.
