Are you looking for fun physical activity with mental stimulation and social interaction?.....TRY SQUARE DANCING.
Come and ***learn how to Square Dance*** (beginner's lessons).
Thursday nights at 7:00 PM for 2 1/2 hours.
St James United Church, Parkdale Ave., Waterdown.
Cost $10.00
Bring your dance shoes, dancing skills, and a water bottle (Snacks welcome).
We are all amateurs who enjoy low-impact, high-fun Modern Square and Round Dancing in a friendly supportive community.
If you can walk energetically, you can square dance.
If you have two left feet, bring both.
This is a great workout and exercise, easy to learn, plus lots of fun.
