Come try Adult Ballet for fitness! NO PRIOR EXPERIENCE NECESSARY. The one-hour lesson focuses on safe warmup, basic ballet skills that build strength, flexibility, balance, and cardio, followed by a gentle cool down.

Attire: comfortable exercise clothing, bare feet, socks, or ballet shoes (optional).

Fitness level is moderate and skill level pitched to beginners.

Alternate exercises/safe differentiation is offered.

The Rec Center has a large parking lot.
