Ben Madden, Principal, has nearly two decades of experience in HR with a wide range of industries including, retail, government contracting, IT Start-Ups, and professional services organizations. Prior to founding HR Action, Ben spent the last 12 years as the SVP of Human Resources at the Ambit Group, a large govcon system integrator, until its acquisition in 2022. During his time at Ambit, Ben helped oversee a 5x growth in staff and supported integration of two acquisitions and the sale to DMI while leading the HR department to a Best Places to Work award from the Washington Post two times. Over the last 5 years, Mr. Madden also has served on the NOVA SHRM board, the 2nd largest SHRM local chapter in the state of Virginia, including two terms as the president.
