Please join us for Christmas Dinner, starting at **SIX** (\***6**\*) PM. The club will provide paper plates, plasticware. At our Oct 24th club meeting, three club members volunteered to cook a ham and 2 turkeys for us. Yay! We are all thankful for them to do that. The rest of us will bring potluck items like salads, vegetables and desserts. Notice the earlier start time of **6PM**.

If we have enough members present for a quorum of 50, we would like to vote on some motions. For example, Bill Balaz has kindly volunteered to be our next 3-Year Board Member, and we can vote for him. It has been proposed to expand the shop, and we can vote on that too.
The sooner we can answer any questions and ask for decisions about those things, the sooner we can start enjoying the potluck dinner.

If you want to make comments ahead of time about any nominations or other possible motions like the proposed shop expansion, by all means, please feel welcome to do that by posting a comment below under this event. Your input is important! Thanks for speaking up if and when things are on your mind!

Starting at 7pm, the Sweet Adelines will sing for us. Their Facebook page [here](https://www.facebook.com/grandmesaAcappella/), describes them as: "We are women who love to sing in good ol’ A Cappella...barbershop style! Four-part harmonizing at its finest with a lot of fun too!" They have done a great job singing for us at previous Christmas dinners. There is no obligation, and if you have the means, bring a few dollars and we will pass the hat afterwards to help support their group.

Afterwards we will have a general meeting. If you have made something in the shop, or found something in the field, or have something you think people might be interested in, by all means, bring it to show. We all learn from each other that way, and nobody has seen it all yet.

We also want to have a special drawing for our Volunteers. We have been collecting special items for this drawing. If you have a special item that you would like to contribute to show appreciation for our volunteers, please put that in the special display case in the Hospitality Room - Thanks! If you have volunteered to help the club in any way in 2024, you are invited to participate in that drawing.

We will not enable Zoom connections for this meeting. You have to be there in person! Hope to see you there!
