**Wire Wrapping with Grete Raymond**
Various techniques are used to wrap wire around wire, beads, stones, or cabochons to make earrings, pendants, and other jewelry. Involves the use of tools to twist and bend wires together usually around gemstones. There are specialized pliers and mandrils used to make the patterns. Wire comes in various extruded shapes such as round, half round, and square – each with a specific use. Wire can generally be either silver, gold, copper, or brass. These materials are soft and easily formed.

Please note this is a multi-day class. The MeetUp schedule only shows the starting date.

Both the class and the instructor are great, but only if you have materials. It is important to contact the instructor well ahead of time to arrange for materials. AND push the red button that says "Attend!"

The instructor also has kits available to purchase on the first night of the class. Let the instructor know you need one so she can have enough.
