This group is for individuals who have experienced emotional, relational, or childhood trauma, including narcissistic abuse, toxic relationships, and personal hardships. Whether you're navigating the aftermath of abuse, struggling with emotional healing, or simply looking for a community of understanding, this group is here to support you.
In our sessions, we will:
- Share and reflect on our personal stories in a safe and confidential setting.
- Discuss tools and strategies for emotional healing, self-compassion, and boundary-setting.
- Foster resilience and mutual support as we work toward reclaiming our peace and well-being.
As part of this group, you’ll gain access to a carefully curated list of over 100 TikTok videos specifically selected to help identify patterns of narcissistic behavior, recognize trauma responses, and discover strategies for emotional healing.
The group will be led by someone with a Doctorate in Osteopathic Medicine, offering a unique perspective on healing, well-being, and personal growth. While my medical expertise informs my understanding of health and resilience, please note that I will not be providing medical advice or recommendations during our sessions. This group is focused on emotional healing, support, and community-building.
