Welcome to the Grand Strand South Carolina Acoustic Musicians Meetup!
This group is perfect for acoustic musicians and music enthusiasts who have a love for blues, rock, and other genres. Whether you're a seasoned musician or a promising talent just starting out, join us to network, collaborate, and appreciate music together. Let's share our passion for acoustic sounds, exchange tips and techniques, and jam out in a relaxed and supportive atmosphere. Come join us in celebrating the power of music and connecting with like-minded individuals in the Grand Strand area.
While the group name includes the work “acoustic”, membership is open to those who play other instruments. However, meetings may be held at venues that do not offer pianos, sound systems, etc, or a great deal of space. Those who play fretted/stringed instruments, percussion, or have other musical talents (e.g., vocals) are encouraged to join our group.
It is expected and encouraged that some members will choose to perform independently or with others in the group outside of our Meetup events. Members may post locations and dates/times of meetings and performances so that we can support each other by our attendance.
