Please read the directions if you haven't been here before. It's tricky.

When there is snow on the ground you will need icers. If you don't have any, they are available at MEC, Adventure Guide, Lee Valley and Sail. Don't get the cheap elastic ones with wire coils. They fall apart really quickly. Spending about $50 is about right.

Let's keep fit during the winter season by hiking at night. This part of the Petersburg Regional Forest is pretty much all woods with lots of hills so it will get the heart going. Definitely bring a headlamp as it will be totally dark for the whole hike.
