About Instructor:
Sonjue is a certified instructor of I Liq Chuan Martial Arts which is an art that focuses on training awareness and mindfulness. She became interested in the art while running a busy acupuncture clinic in San Jose 13 years ago. She would often get very depleted after a full day of work, and she found that practicing the art helped her tremendously to replenish her energy as well as maintain a peaceful, balanced state of mind. Knowing the wonderful benefits of the art, she worked towards becoming a certified instructor and has been enjoying sharing it with anyone interested in training body-mind connection through movement.
More Details:
Learn how to move mindfully bringing the mind and body together in balance of yin and yang. Slowly moving your body with awareness is a form of moving meditation that will help you calm the mind and train the body to flow effortlessly in a relaxed manner.
