Open Heart for Everyone is a structured program for the Public which is designed to help each participant get the most benefit from using their heart. All our guides are community members who have learned Open Heart and experienced many wonderful changes, and would love to share how to do this with you.
This program consists of either a series of 5 one-hour online Zoom sessions or 8 weekly in-person sessions that need to be fully completed in sequence for you to get the most benefit. I currently am doing weekly half-hour slots of Reiki Tummo at the Unitarian Universalists of Grants Pass on E Street. The suggested donation which goes to this church is between $5-20, and you would donate after the session according to what you feel the session was worth to you. Please send me a message if you are interested in doing a half-hour session. I would need a short phone interview so I can gauge your intent for this visit. I do this freely from my Heart. Reiki Tummo Level 3A
The Level 3A Reiki Tummo training workshop takes you to the next level of energy channeling. You will learn how to channel healing energy together with others to larger groups of people directly or distantly, forwards and backward in time, and also cleanse your major chakras so that your Kundalini can reach the level of your heart chakra. As a bonus, you will receive the 8th Chakra attunement to accelerate your spiritual development.

#### Meditation
In this workshop, you will be guided to do a meditation that does not use concentration, breathing, or visualization techniques. In this meditation, you will purely experience relaxation, calming your mind and your whole being from ‘busy-ness’; even the ‘busy-ness’ of meditating. Through this meditation, your pineal gland will be activated and your Spiritual Heart and feelings will be strengthened.
