What we’re about
This is an in-person coaching group for building our mental and emotional fitness. Our confidence, self-esteem, ability to deal with stress, all decide whether we can find our happiness and be our true selves. All of these stem from our mental and emotional fitness. This is not therapy, but training together using proven brain hacks and actionable techniques for addressing these issues that effect all of us, so we can start feeling better and living easier every day, even on really bad days.
Each week we will come together and train our minds with the same focus and intention as we would our bodies if we were in the gym. We are also going to connect with each other so that everyone has someone that is going to follow-up with one another and so we are accountable to implementing these changes.
You are not alone and you do not have to try to be better by yourself anymore.
