Join us for fun and vibrant facilitated community drum circles in the Grass Valley and Nevada City areas! Whether you're an experienced drummer or new to drumming, ages 7 and up are welcome to come together to create beautiful rhythms and energizing beats. Let's connect, express ourselves, and embrace the power of music in a welcoming and inclusive environment. I'll provide an assortment of drums and percussion gear but you are welcome to bring your drum or other percussion instruments. These are percussion-oriented events, please don't bring wind, stringed or keyboard type instruments, thanks. Lets create amazing, magical rhythms together!
Currently, I'm offering facilitated drum circles after my 1-1/2 hour drum class on the 1st and 3rd Sundays of October, November and December. The drum class runs from 3-4:30 pm and is designed for newer players but even intermediates can learn some new tricks and concepts. The class has a fee of $20 if you need a rental drum, but is just $15 if you bring your own.
The drum circle kicks in around 4:30 and is offered on a donation basis.
