Join members for our weekly coached workout. Our workout promptly starts at 6 pm and it is strongly advised to warm up beforehand. Each workout begins with Coach Ken leading us through six to eight running drills.
The Workout: 1000 meter repeats at 5 k pace with 400 meter jog recoveries. <40 mpw do 4, 40+ do 5
