Learn to meditate with a practice called Sahaja Yoga (meditation only). No mat required. Typically the meetings are two 10-15 minute guided meditations with a mid meditation check in or short talk from the founder Shri Mataji.
SY was founded by Shri Mataji Nirmala Devi in 1970 and since spread to over 120 countries. SY is always free.
