Mt Colden (ADK) via Lake Arnold

We will start from the Adirondack Loj and make our way to Marcy Dam before summiting Mt. Colden (4711 ft) via Lake Arnold. Mt Colden is well placed in the High Peaks for excellent views in all directions. Difficult hike, moderate pace. 12 miles, 2800’ elevation gain. Group limit 10. All participants should be experienced winter hikers with the appropriate gear (Note that snowshoes are required in the Adirondacks in winter even if you are not wearing them).
