If you haven't been to Ecstatic Dance yet, this is a brief description of what it is like:

We are a nonverbal space for unstructured dance where everyone is welcome to explore their movement a a pace that is authentic to them. We play 5 rhythms of music, usually world electronic and fusion. It starts slow, rises to a peak of high energy music and descends again. You are free to dance or to sit/lay down and just listen to it.

We come together to share the experience of dancing with and for ourselves. We create this container together, we do it in community. We can't wait to see you there.
