Weekly: Le Bastille via La Tronche (Hiking Practice / Exercise)

Details

NOTE: Starting in September, be sure to bring a headlight lamp to illuminate the trail on the way back down!

== Summary ==

This is a recurring weekly hiking practice/exercise excursion to the Grenoble Bastille via a route through the neighborhood La Tronche.

The purpose/goal of this event is to practice hiking to test & augment your physical performance so that you can get ready for some more-aggressive hiking events.

== Details ==

It is an easy-to-medium grade hike, mixed urban (Roads) and trails, with a relatively steep incline in the beginning, and it promises to help you break a sweat and obtain your exercise and physical fitness goals you have to prepare for future hikes in the real world/mountains.

Also a good opportunity to test/try-out any new gear you have (Break-in your new boots, jacket, lights, etc. >:} )

Route at: https://www.alltrails.com/explore/map/map-august-11-2024-cedebb6
