GRID Investor Lunch - Downtown Stadium

Join us for a casual conversation over lunch with Mo Abbas, Senior Project Manager for Denark Construction. Mo is overseeing the construction of Covenant Health Park, the new multi-use stadium being constructed in the heart of Downtown Knoxville.

Covenant Health Park is due to be completed in Spring 2025. It will be the home of the Tennessee Smokies and it includes 2 residential projects. Yardley Flats is a 233 apartment unit building that will add much-needed inventory to Downtown Knoxville. The Beauford Delaney mixed use building will include ground-level restaurants & retail, office and event space, and 47 luxury condos.

What to expect
We'll network for around 20 minutes and then Mo will share his insights on the construction and the overall direction of downtown Knoxville while we eat lunch.
