Going through the alphabet each month a country will be picked. Starting in January, a country starting with the letter A, in February the country will start with the letter B and so on until we reach the letter Z. If you sign up for this event you will be expected to bring a dish that is authentic to the country chosen for that month. There will be a limit of 12 people so it will be split to 3 people bringing an appetizer/salad, 3 people bringing a main dish, 3 people bringing a side dish and 3 people bringing a dessert. The expectation is that you will research the food of the country of the month and pick out of the above categories a dish you would like to make and bring to share with everyone. Please bring a copy of your recipe so at the end I can put something together that I can share.

When you sign up you don't need to know what you will be bringing at the time but you can comment whether you are bringing an appetizer, main, side or dessert. BYOB if you like
