CONFIRMED - Mont Tremblant Pre-Xmas trip Dec 15-19

Room 1 is fully booked :
Bedroom 1 - Ed and Jess
Pullout bed - Dan and Michelle

I can book an additional room for a limited time but need an additional driver with a car :
- studio room for 2 sharing - $600 each
Or
1 bedroom unit with 3 sharing - 2 in bedroom with double bed each, 1 in pullout bed $450 each

> ONE spot available for the second room but we need a driver who can accomodate 2 additional passengers

If you are signing up for this trip you must answer the RSVP question and provide all information required and have a full face picture on your profile or your RSVP will be removed. Please sign up from a computer since the phone app MAY not work properly for RSVP questions - you may answer the questions but the responses won't show up. Please indicate if you have a preferred person to share a bed with.

PLEASE NOTE - to go on this trip you must

1. have attended at least 2 snowboarding events with the group (contact me if you are new to the group before signing up)

Transportation - carpooling and staying at Homewoid Suites hotel at Tremblant village

Includes: Transportation by carpooling

Estimated costs :
4 nights Accommodation at HOMEWOOD SUITES in Mont Tremblant village:

Deposit of $100 required on sign up.
Full Balance will be required to be paid 1 month before the trip..
Add yourself to the waitlist. You will be added as attending once your payment is received.

Lift Tickets to be purchased on your own - online pre-purchase is approx $320 right now for 3 days. Included on Ikon Pass if you have it.

Gas share - estimated at approx $80 pp depending how many are in the vehicle.

We will have a full kitchen so we will share in groceries

Tentative Itinerary :
Depart Toronto Dec 15 in the morning.
Snowboard/Ski Dec 16,17,18

Drive back to Toronto Dec 19

Once you have paid, your payment is non-refundable unless you find a replacement to take your spot. Changes will result in an administrative fee.

Any guests must sign up for the event separately so I have their contact information. A face profile picture is required as it is for all snowboarding events
