Full Moon - Sound Immersion

Sound Immersion during the Full Moon provides an opportunity to connect with our inner wisdom and nature. The Full Moon can heighten the activity of the mind, amplifying conscious thoughts as well as sub-conscious to the surface / conscious mind.

Astrologically, full moons are known for bringing emotions, energy, and tensions to a boiling point — which is why we might notice more drama happening in our lives during these periods. However, the energy of the full moon can also be harnessed to help us let go of things, bring matters to a conclusion, or give our projects a boost.
Wear comfortable clothing and bring your favorite yoga mat, blanket, or pillow.
Please turn off cell phones. When the Sound Immersion ends please stay quietly and peacefully on your mat and take in the healing vibes until everyone has had a chance to experience the Grounding Bowl.
