I welcome you as we share this time to be with Spirit as you journey to your Sacred Place. A new topic each month.
What to expect:
Set up Your Meditation Space (keep it simple)
- Place your cell phone in Silent/Airplane Mode.
- You can either sit or lie down comfortably.
- Close your eyes and begin to slowly breathe in deep and out because by simply sitting and breathing, you are activating your body's calming response.
Suggestions:
-- If you like Essential Oil scents, select your favorite EO and place 1 drop in the palm of your hand and rub both hands together or add to an unscented small bee wax tea light candle.
-- Close the room's window curtains or use eye covering.
-- Use a blanket or sheet to keep yourself warm.
I start with a Prayer of Intention where You:
-- Invite Spirit's, His Presence, into your Meditation Space
-- Give Spirit permission to fill you, guide you, heal you, inspire and teach you because Spirit will not enter unless you give permission (free-will).
-- Put aside your Ego and release tensions and worries to Spirit to transform these tensions/worries.
-- Thank Spirit for this opportunity to be of Service to Yourself.
Guided Meditation begins:
I will begin to speak the Guided Meditation for 10 minutes and will become silent. At this point and time, your journey begins. During the silent time, you are connected with Spirit. Enjoy!
After 30 to 40 minutes, I will say that you have a few more minutes of meditation to stay if you feel so guided to do so or else 'slowly' come back. Please do not jump back from your spiritual self to your physical self.
You will have around a few minutes to open your journal book and write down what you experience.
Ending:
There will be a few moments of Sharing and Reflection.
