H3-C3 Hike: The 11th Annual Collegeville Christmas🎄Crawl: Perkiomen Trail

That's right! It's the 11th annual Collegeville Christmas Crawl. We'll meet at the parking lot located at 50 W Third Ave, Collegeville, PA 19426. This is next door to the post office. We will proceed on an easy 5 mile (or so) hike starting on the Perkiomen Trail heading north. We'll hike thru Hunsberger Woods, scenic Ursinus College and check out some of the Christmas lights in Collegeville.

This hike will start after dark so everyone must bring a flashlight or headlamp! Mobile apps tend to not like the rain.

There will be an optional after hike Meet-up at a local tavern.

I do not allow any guests or plus 1's on my hikes. Everyone must be a member of H3O and sign up on their own. Membership is free and easy.

IF SHOWING SYMPTOMS OF ILLNESS (FEVER, COUGH) PLEASE DO NOT ATTEND! EXCEPTION: SEASONAL ALLERGIES (BRING SNEEZE CLOTH)

Sturdy shoes are recommended. Dress appropriately for weather conditions...including extra layers, gloves, hats ...

Rain Will cancel this hike. Snow May Not cancel this hike.

ON BAD WEATHER DAYS I WILL ALWAYS POST A HIKE STATUS IN COMMENTS AROUND 60-90 MINUTES PRIOR TO POSTED HIKE START TIME.

As always...PLEASE REMEMBER TO HYDRATE BEFORE THE HIKE AND BRING PLENTY OF WATER, snacks and other essential items you may need.

You may also want to consider bringing a hat, first aid kit, walking stick(s), and a camera.

Dogs are welcome (A leash is required at all times!!!)

Note: Please add a comment if you do plan to bring along your pooch OR if you are ALLERGIC so that everyone is made aware in advance and can plan accordingly.

Arrival and Start Times: Please meet us at the Scheduled Starting Time for meet and greet introductions, hike overview and then PROMPT departure 5 Minutes After The Start Time.

As always, I want to make it clear that I do plan to lead my hikes always observing Safety First...but also with the intention that these hikes should be fun, enjoyable, relaxing and non-stressful social meetups...with a bit of a work out too.
