Lamp wiring may seem intimidating, but it's actually simpler than you think! In this hands-on workshop, you'll learn the basics of wiring your own lamp, perfect for anyone who loves DIY projects but hasn’t yet tackled this skill. On top of that, you get to paint and build your own 3D Printed lamp!

*** The lamp you will be making is exactly like the one in the picture. The design is Indian inspired and is tear drop shaped. It is made from PLA and can be primed and painted whatever color you want (paints provided). The base detaches and can also be painted. Light bulb and electrical wiring included! ***

You’ll receive step-by-step guidance on how to assemble a fully functional small desk lamp (as pictured), that works with a E26 base and A15 diameter bulb.

This event is ideal for beginners or anyone looking to add a new craft to their skill set. With all materials provided, including the wiring, switch, paints, and primer, you'll walk away with a custom lamp that reflects your personal style—along with the confidence to tackle future DIY lighting projects!

Please pre-pay in advance so I have time to produce the necessary parts and tools for this event. I need to manufacture the lamps on my 3D Printer, so it takes many hours of time to complete. By prepaying, I will know exactly how many lamps parts I need to produce. Thanks for your understanding!

* All parts are printed on a Bambu Labs A1 Printer for high quality results.

The cutoff date for RSVPs is 5pm on November 3rd, so if you want to sign up at the last minute, it will give me time to produce you the lamp and parts.

Total Cost: $40 (this includes all of the components to build the lamp as well as craft supplies to customize your lamp). I will have various colors of spray paints that you can use.
