The average speed will be between 14 to 16 mph

It will be all trail until we reach Edgewater. Then, there is a combination of mostly roads, bike lanes, and maybe some sidewalks until we reach the ocean 🏖.

Bring plenty of water and snacks. We might grab a quick bite before returning.

Due to the longer distance, this will be a faster pace. It's a rail trail, relatively flat and mostly sunny. ☀️

I recommend doing the entire route unless you are comfortable turning around at any point by yourself (if you are looking for a shorter option).
