Join us for an invigorating ride, with options to complete either 14 or 32 miles along the scenic Seminole Wekiva Trail! Feel free to turn around at any point, but we’ll have official turnaround spots at the Peach Valley Café in Lake Mary (14 miles round-trip) and Wilson’s Landing Park near Sanford (32 miles round-trip).

**Ride Details:**

* **Pace:** This social ride will maintain a relaxed pace of 12–15 mph.
* **No-Drop Zone:** For the first 7 miles to Lake Mary, this will be a no-drop ride where we’ll provide assistance and helpful tips as needed. If you find it challenging to keep a 12 mph average pace, you may choose to turn back or continue solo.
* **Breaks:** We’ll take a short break at Lake Mary, and for those continuing on, we’ll have another rest stop at Wilson’s Landing Park, where you’ll find bathrooms and water.

**Important Information:**

* **Start Time:** We leave promptly at 8:00 AM. If you need to cancel, kindly update your RSVP on the Meetup app. Running late? Please call or text the ride leader, Axel Rivera, at 407-463-1494.
* **Post-Ride Social:** After the ride, we may gather for a well-deserved meal at a local spot, usually Torchy’s Tacos.
* **Weather:** We ride rain or shine. In light rain, we’ll proceed, but for heavy rain or lightning, we’ll prioritize safety and may adjust accordingly.

**Essentials to Bring:**

* **Hydration:** Bring at least two bottles of water, especially in the summer heat. Electrolytes are encouraged.
* **Helmet:** Helmets are required on all Half-Fast rides.

**Ride at Your Own Risk:** By joining, you acknowledge that you’re responsible for your safety and property while riding with Half-Fast Social Cycling of Central Florida.
