Join us for this workshop that will guide you through movements as a way for you to connect more deeply with yourself.
If there is an imbalance in your body, like your muscles are becoming increasingly tight, or you are feeling off, your body will communicate with you. Eventually you will learn to love your physical form.
These movements are easy to learn, appropriate for all levels of fitness and experience, and are both relaxing and energizing. They help to stimulate your body, and all its parts, to health and wellness.
We will work with the physical disciplines of Qi Gong and Somatics.
Wear comfortable clothing!
Anne Binning is a teacher with Training in Power Academy and the Director of the Master Warrior program for the Academy. She is also a personal trainer.
