This great workout is easily modified for many fitness levels and a ton of fun! You won't believe how fast an hour of drumming goes by. Come out and get fit through cardio drumming- enjoy the music, meet some new people and have a grand time.

The first class is free, then $5 after that. Check in for first time drummers is 6:10 PM. I will have a few loaner stations. Bring a wide mouth refillable water bottle and be prepared to sweat.

Please bring your own bucket and ball if you have them, I will have sticks available for purchase for $5. The ball should be antiburst and 65 cm in diameter. The bucket is laundry tub/ muck bucket/ toy bin. Both are available at Target, ect.
