This hike has lots of hills and will be a good cardio workout.
We will start at the Outdoors Lion's Club Pool on the Spring Valley Trail.

Things to bring:

* POLES are very useful on this hike.
* Proper footwear is REQUIRED (no running shoes!)
* Water and snacks!
