This is a lovely intermediate hike!

We will be enjoying a hike along the south-west shore of Cootes Paradise which is maintained by the Royal Botanical Gardens. There are some small hills a couple which are steep and some tree roots. It is a very pleasant hike which is not difficult, however the two steep hills might be a challenge if you are new to hiking. But we will wait for you at the top. There are lookouts, nice scenery, wetlands, woodlands and meadows. We will start on Caleb\`s Walk then take the Sassafras trail ending up at Sassafras Point lookout connecting onto the Ginger Valley trail. Then onto the Princess Point trail turning around and heading back to our cars.

Because of COVID if you are not feeling well or have any of the symptoms please join us for a hike when you are feeling better. Thank you.
