This hike has lots of hills and will be a good cardio workout.

We will start at the Sanctuary Park Lot.

Things to bring:

* POLES are very useful on this hike.
* You MUST have your icers with you. Trail conditions will determine if we need to wear them.
* Proper footwear is required.
* Bring lots of water and snacks!
* Clothing suitable for the weather.
