This will be a Intermediate 7.5 km hike with lots of hills and will be a good cardio workout. We will be on the Spring Creek Deer Run, and Sulphur Creek Trails.

* POLES are very useful on this hike.
* You MUST have your icers with you. Trail conditions will determine if we need to wear them.
* Proper footwear is required.
* Bring lots of water and snacks!
* Clothing suitable for the weather.

We will meet at the Sanctuary Park Parking lot.
