The Moxy has provided our group with reduced rates starting at $109 per night (before taxes).

Please note:

• This is not a bus trip. You are responsible for transportation to/from the Moxy hotel.
• You do not have to stay at the hotel to participate in the happy hour, karaoke, card/board games, or ugly sweater brunch.
• You responsible for any food and drinks your purchase at The Moxy.
• You are responsible for payment of the hotel room (including taxes and fees) and any incidentals incurred during your stay at The Moxy.
• The discounted rate offer ends Sunday, October 13, 2024.
• If a particular room option is sold out/not available, please let Andrae (me) know. I will contact the Moxy to add additional rooms to our block.
• Check-In is at 4:00 p.m.. Check-Out is at 11:00 a.m.. If you prefer a later check out time, please talk to the staff at the front desk.
• A detailed schedule of events/activities will be released a week before our stay.
