Romanza! Enjoy passionate & lyrical music from Spain & Latin America for guitar, mandolin and cuatro. The audience will be transported to different parts of the world with a lilting Latin American vals, a danza from Paraguay, a sizzling tango from Argentina, a rhythmic choro from Brazil, Puerto Rican popular music played on the national instrument, beautiful Peruvian & Mexican love songs as well as exciting flamenco music and plaintive Sephardic music from Spain. Also included on the program will be a couple of familiar romantic American songs.
