Details
A lucet is a tool used in cordmaking or braiding which is believed to date back to the Viking and Medieval periods. It was used to create cords that were used on clothing, or to hang items from the belt.
Please bring $5 to cover the cost of a lucet (yours to take home) and our meetup fees.
At this meetup we'll learn to use the lucet and will make a candy cane ornament. We'll supply the lucet and yarn.
*NOTE* if you have your own lucet and want to bring it - please let me know. The number of RSVP's is limited since I only have 20 lucets.
I look forward to seeing you soon.
