Craft & Connection

Join Heidi for Craft and Connection where we will connect through art. Heidi has always enjoyed a variety of arts and crafts and looks forward to welcoming you to share in a crafting activity together. Creativity enhances connection and connection enhances creativity. We will learn, have fun, and create together in the present moment. All materials will be provided along with many opportunities to share and connect within the group. Instrumental music will play in the background to enhance the mindful space and creativity. Your finished art creation will be yours to take home.
