Phoenix Yoga and Meditation
Details
Phoenix Yoga & Meditation is a time to explore movement, breath and mindfulness. There will be an opportunity to connect with your unique sense of strength, balance and flexibility.
In the first 15 minutes of class, we will explore different yogic themes, with time for questions and connecting in discussion with one another. For 60 minutes, we will move through a yoga practice that is designed to steadily energize the body and close with restorative postures to promote relaxation. For the final 15 minutes, we will delve into the healing practice of guided meditation.
Each class offered is intended to be inclusive for all. There will be options for every-body. More than just a physical practice, we focus on calming the mind and connecting deeper with our heart and spirit.
The Phoenix is a national sober active community that fuels resilience and harnesses the transformational power of connection so that together we rise, recover, and live. 48 hours of continued sobriety are necessary to attend this class.
