DETAIL ITINERARY DAY 01:
ARRIVE KATHMANDU Meeting at airport upon arrival by our officer. Check in to hotel. Tour briefing and discussed about tour planning. Stay overnight in Kathmandu
DAY 02: KATHMANDU SIGHTSEEING Post Breakfast, proceed for the full-day sightseeing including Pashupatinath Temple and Boudhanath Stupa, after refreshment continue sightseeing to Swoyambhunath Stupa and Patan Durbar Square. Return to hotel & overnight at Kathmandu.
Pasupatinath Temple Swayambunath Swayambhunath is an ancient religious architecture atop a hill in the Kathmandu Valley, west of Kathmandu city. The Tibetan name for the site means 'Sublime Trees', for the many varieties of trees found on the hill. Patan Durbar Square Patan Durbar Square is situated at the centre of the city of Lalitpur in Nepal. It is one of the three Durbar Squares in the Kathmandu Valley, all of which are UNESCO World Heritage Sites. One of its attractions is the ancient royal palace where the Malla Kings of Lalitpur resided.
DAY 03: KATHMANDU – POKHARA DRIVE Post Breakfast & drive for Pokhara (200KM / 6 hours) observing the scenic views on the national highway along the Trishuli River Enroute can visit Manakamana temple by using cable to reach over there. After Pooja and darshan drive to Pokhara upon arrival, check into the hotel. Evening walk around the tourist area of Lake Side and enjoy the view of western Himalayan ranges with Mt Fishtail. Return to hotel and overnight.
DAY 04: POKHARA SIGHTSEEING TOUR Breakfast & continue sightseeing tour of Pokhara covering Davi's fall, Seti gorge, Gupteshwor cave and Shree Bindhyabasini Temple. At the end of the tour 1 hour boating on Phewa Lake to Visit Taal Barahi Temple. Return to hotel & overnight. Devi’s Fall The waterfall has a length of 500 meters and depth of 100 feet. Though the waterfall flows all year round it is best viewed from June to September. An interesting note about the waterfall is that it runs down some rocks before disappearing into an underground tunnel leading to Gupteshwor Mahadev Cave. Seti Gorge Seti River is famous for its deceptive river course and its milky white water. The water cuts a deep gorge right across the mighty Mahabharata range and then runs a deep chasm in the middle of the town. The gorge can be seen from a park in the Old Pokhara close to the Gorkha Museum. Gupteshwor Cave The cave is said to be have been discovered in the 16th century. The main cave entrance was not constructed until 1991. The main cave contains two chambers with several shrines located throughout. The largest of these shrines is dedicated to Shiva. There is lighting in the cave that has a power back-up though bringing your own head torch is recommended. Shree Bindhyabasini Temple Shree Bindhyabasini Temple is the oldest temple in the city of Pokhara, Nepal and is located in Ward No. 2, Miruwa. It regularly attracts a large number of locals, Nepalese from across the country and foreigners alike. The main temple is devoted to goddess Bindhyabasini, a Bhagawati who is the incarnation of Kali. Taal Barahi Temple Tal Barahi Temple, also referred to as Lake Temple or Varahi Temple is a two-story pagoda temple situated on a small island on Phewa Lake in Pokhara. Dedicated to Goddess Varahi, who is an avatar of Goddess Durga, both Hindu and Buddhist supporters visit here for worship.
DAY 05: POKHARA – KATHMANDU – NAGARKOT DRIVE Breakfast & drive back to Kathmandu. Arrive Kathmandu, drive to Nagarkot, Enroute visit: - Bhaktapur Durbar Square. Evening free for your personal activities in which you can enjoy panoramic sunset view with Himalayan range. Overnight Stay at Nagarkot.
Bhaktapur Durbar Square Bhaktapur Durbar Square, locally referred to as Khwopa Lyaku is the royal palace of the old Bhaktapur Kingdom, 1,400 meters above water level. It’s a UNESCO World Heritage Site. Reasonably, it's grounded within the area of 6.52 square miles, yet its numerous temples and wow monuments. Nagarkot Nagarkot is a village in central Nepal, at the rim of the Kathmandu Valley. It’s known for its views of the Himalayas, including Mount Everest to the northeast, which are especially striking at sunrise and sunset. The surrounding scrubland is laced with trails and home to many butterflies.
DAY 06: FINAL DEPARTURE Wakeup early to witness the golden panoramic sunrise views with Himalayan ranges. Breakfast & check out from hotel. Timely transfer to the airport for flight to your onward destination with sweet memory of Nepal.
