Shore Acres State Park! This is what all your training has brought you, us, to. This is the place with some of the most explosive wave action against the coast anywhere worldwide! Brace yourselves for rain, wind, and that constant chore, how do I keep my lens dry with this now soaking wet cloth?! Good question. Now where do we go? Another good question. The grass is always greener from "that other viewpoint" is a constant thought through one's mind. Be steadfast and "the" wave will in time come your way. Which one is best? Ha, good question, there are too many factors. Meander around and see what feels good to you. We will have fun that much I do know!

Let's go visit Hawaii, but do it in Oregon! Yes, we can actually do that. And it's the other side of the state than you're thinking. So do pack your hiking outfits as well as a set of swimming togs! We got it all here!

I'm penciling this Adventure in to get it on the books. This outing needs to be done before the crowds show up, before the heat sets in, as well as before school gets out. Ughh, with this weekend I can only hope. Again this is only being penciled in unless a better date prevails.

Please look this place up. I'm sure the pics don't do it justice. It's like visiting Zion, only it's in Oregon. Yea! And this little piece of home only has like a half dozen trails! It's like we could do them all! Double YEA!!

I think that this is the money shot trail. The views in all directions are here. I do smile, yesterday's views would be hard to beat! Let's take our time and get a feel for this place before we have to leave.
