Family Adventures: Self-Defense Intro and Park Play time 🌲👨‍👩‍👧‍👦

Join the Happy Ohana Meetup Group for a fun-filled family learning class!

We will be teaching some basic self-defense lessons for kids and parents. Lessons will include setting boundaries and understanding how to use our voice to get help or keep a safe distance from people. How to hold our hands and how to ask for help. This location is a wonderful park location with easy access to restrooms and a large padded playground for the keiki to play if they don't want to join in. There is also a workout obstacle course for those who want even more exercise.

This event is perfect for parents, kids, and even grandparents to enjoy quality time together in the great outdoors. Don't forget to bring your favorite snacks and drinks to share during our picnic gathering. Let's make lasting memories and strengthen our Ohana bond amidst the beauty of nature.
